Because our products are made to order, our return and refund policy differs from that of traditional retail stores. Please take a moment to review the information below before making a purchase.

Our Quality Commitment

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, or experiences a qualifying shipping issue, we will work quickly to make things right through a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Eligible for Replacement or Refund

We will gladly assist if:

  • Your item arrives damaged during transit.
  • Your item arrives with a manufacturing defect.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • Your order contains a significant print-quality issue.
  • Your order is confirmed lost in transit under qualifying circumstances.
  • Your item arrives substantially different from what was ordered due to a production error.

To be eligible, issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

How to Report an Issue

  • Photos of the packaging when applicable

Damaged Products

Although rare, shipping damage can occasionally occur.

If your artwork arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the product.
  2. Take photos of the shipping packaging if visible damage is present.
  3. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Manufacturing Defects

We take product quality seriously.

If your order contains a manufacturing defect such as:

  • Incorrect printing
  • Major print flaws
  • Significant production errors
  • Incorrect product fulfillment

please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows no delivery and the package cannot be located after carrier investigation, we will assist in reviewing the situation.

In qualifying cases, a replacement or refund may be offered.

Please note that delivery investigations may require additional time depending on the shipping carrier and destination country.

Incorrect Products

If you receive a product different from what was ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide photographs of the item received.

Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all products are made specifically to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Slight color differences between screen displays and printed products

Color Disclaimer

We make every effort to display artwork colors accurately.

However, colors may appear slightly different depending on:

  • Monitor settings
  • Device screens
  • Display calibration
  • Ambient lighting conditions

Minor color variations between on-screen previews and physical prints are normal and are not considered defects.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Every product sold by Chroma Art CO. is produced specifically for the customer after an order is placed.

For this reason, custom-made and print-on-demand products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise qualify under this policy.

Refund Processing

When a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

Order Cancellations

Orders enter production shortly after purchase.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

While we cannot guarantee cancellation once production has started, we will do our best to assist when timing allows.
