Unlike traditional retail stores that ship products from a warehouse shelf, our products are made to order through our trusted production partners. This approach allows us to offer a carefully curated collection of premium wall art while reducing unnecessary waste and overproduction.

This Delivery Policy explains how production, shipping, and delivery work when you place an order with Chroma Art CO.

Made-To-Order Production

All products sold on Chroma Art CO. are made to order.

Once your order is successfully placed, production begins specifically for your selected artwork, size, frame option, and product type.

Because each item is created individually, production takes place before shipping can begin.

Production times may vary depending on:

  • Product type
  • Order volume
  • Seasonal demand
  • Production partner capacity
  • Quality control requirements

Most orders enter production shortly after payment is successfully received and verified.

Processing Time

Processing refers to the time required to prepare and produce your order before shipment.

Typical production times are:

  • Posters: 2–7 business days
  • Framed Posters: 3–8 business days
  • Canvas Prints: 3–8 business days
  • Framed Canvas Prints: 4–10 business days
  • Acrylic Prints: 4–10 business days
  • Aluminum Prints: 4–10 business days
  • Wood Prints: 4–10 business days

These estimates are provided as general guidelines and may vary depending on product availability and production demand.

If a shipping destination is unavailable at checkout, delivery to that location may not currently be supported.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information whenever tracking is available.

Depending on the products ordered, your items may be produced at different facilities and shipped separately.

In qualifying cases, a replacement or refund may be offered in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

After review, we will determine the appropriate next steps, which may include a replacement or refund.

Delivery Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately.

Address changes can only be made before production or shipping has begun.

Once an order enters production or is shipped, address modifications may no longer be possible.

Order Cancellations

Because all products are made specifically to order, orders may enter production shortly after purchase.

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

While we will do our best to accommodate requests, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has started.
